Katie Devine
Katie Devine is a housing development leader who specializes in affordable, supportive, and transitional housing. Over the past fifteen years, she has led the development of more than 5,500 affordable housing units across four states.
In New York City, Katie has directed twenty residential developments totaling nearly 3,000 units and $1.3 billion in development costs. Her work spans both preservation and ground-up construction, involving layered financing and coordination among public agencies, nonprofit sponsors, and private partners.
She is an active member of leading industry organizations, including the Supportive Housing Network of New York, the New York State Association for Affordable Housing, and the Association for a Better New York.
Katie holds a Bachelor of Science from Cornell University, which was awarded magna cum laude. She lives in the Hudson Valley with her husband and son.
