Devon Neary

Devon Neary oversees development operations and capital strategy at Devine & Co. Her background includes leadership roles at the Corporation for Supportive Housing, the San Francisco Housing Accelerator Fund, and the New York City Department of Housing Preservation and Development. Devon holds a Master’s in City Planning from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Arts from New York University.

Rebekah Taft

Rebekah Taft leads development and consulting projects at Devine & Co. Prior to joining the firm, she held leadership roles at Rockabill Consulting and Neighborhood Restore in New York City, and the nonprofit developer Jubilee Housing in Washington, D. C. Rebekah holds a Master’s in City Design from the London School of Economics and a Bachelor of Arts from Covenant College.
